bikini Mom.....Diet??

Interesting, I do the oatmeal thing for breakfast too. Try
1/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup eggwhites and a dash of cinnamon. Microvave for 2 min on high and then add a little artificial sweetener. This way it is not so lumpy and yah my son thinks it's gross too bikinimom!!!!! But it really helps to start the day.:D
 
Jilly, definitely through out the slimfast!! Way too much sugar and not enough nutritional value in my opinion. Also the granola will have to go.

Eat more solid protein and invest in some low carb meal replacements that you can mix with water.

You can add all natural peanut butter to your diet, flaxseed oil to your protein shakes, and definitely limit your bread intake.
