Interesting, I do the oatmeal thing for breakfast too. Try
1/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup eggwhites and a dash of cinnamon. Microvave for 2 min on high and then add a little artificial sweetener. This way it is not so lumpy and yah my son thinks it's gross too bikinimom!!!!! But it really helps to start the day.
