Believe it or not, I've been getting a lot of requests for the recipe lately. I just thought I'd post it as its own thread so it will be easier to search for. Here it is
In a blender combine:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups whole milk
1 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup or 1/2 cup brown sugar
Blend on low until creamy.
The specs are something like this:
1800 calories
90 grams protein
110 grams of fat
100 grams of carb
Don't drink if on a diet
