I read over the posts concerning the BFL program. My question is concerning their nutrition plan as opposed to the workout.
Would the meal plan work with a low dose cycle...Would it work with a cutting cycle....
The meal plan consist of 6 meals. 4 of those meals are made up of a portion of protein and a portion of carbs the size of your fist; and then not to leave Brother Bill out the 2 remaining meals would be meal replacement shakes. Twice a day you can eat all of the vegetables that you want. It also calls for two glasses of water with every meal.
If this type meal plan would work what type AS cycle could be used in conjunction with it....(NOT THAT I WOULD EVER CONSIDER USING ROIDS WITHOUT DOING SOME HOMEWORK FIRST)
