Today's Workout

AM -
10 half sprints

PM -
Benchpress 5x115, 5x130, 5x145, 5x165, 5x185
Military Press 8x65, 8x75, 8x95, 8x105
Dips 8xBW, 8x10, 8x15
Pullovers 8x50, 8x55, 8x60

Workout was good, military presses felt easy, i was happy with this. I've noticed that the first 5 reps of all the excersizes except the bench are easy. After that it gets real rough. For the bench i got 4, but then i needed some help on 5.

Diet was slightly less than good today. I had a big competition with a reception today, and i had some fruit and nuts, as well as some cheese and crackers. oh well, hoping to be back on tomorrow.
 
Ok, today has sucked so far. for some reason my knees are F-ING KILLING ME!!! as well my right glute, possibly hammy. It's right where they meet i think, really hard to stretch. I hope that this is not from the running or the T3, as i'd like to continue both of them. I didn't lift today cause of the pain, i figured squatting would be a bad idea with this much pain in my knees. I'm gonna take some asprin and ice (well, frozen broccoli) my knees while watching a Bond movie. I figure this will keep me sane.

Finally felt good again today. diet was good. today is also the first day at 25 mcg T3, 2 doses 12 hours apart.
 
You know what's cool? When you have your cable modem bill paid automatically, but they don't take it out of your account and they shut off your internet. anyway, i'm back on.

Today's weight - 184.9 lbs

Squats 5x115, 5x135, 5x160, 5x190, 5x220
Snatch Grip Deadlifts 8x135 8x165, 8x205, 6x250
Weighted Crunches 4x12x150
Side Bends 4x12x70

today is also the first day of 37.5 mcg T3, divided into 3 doses and spaced equally throughout the day.

Felt good today. Had my cheat meal on Sunday, Chineese food. damn did i need that. cashew chicken and general tso's chicken. also i've stared swimming this past week (when i can) to replace my running. i'm a hell of a lot more tired afterward. I do 25 yard freestyle sprints. 1 sprint, rest 1 min., repeat. I've done 10, and i'm gonna try and work up like i did the running. some days i still have to run as my school's pool has terrible hours.
 
Got my speed rope yesterday, and wow! it's my new favourite toy. it took a while to get it down, and i have whip marks all over me and my friends are gonna think i saw a dominatrix last night, but i'm just gonna get better from here on out. the running in place is much harder than it seems, a lot harder than the normal jump. just figured i'd let you guys and gals know i'm now in love... :heart:
