Beware The Ides of March!!! - A Cutting Journal

Wow, great 24 hours for me. Snowboarding was awesome, and I didn't cheat on the diet while at the mountain. Had a great day of cardio today, followed by an hour of lacrosse. I love spring!!!

I've also decided to alter my lifting a little bit. I think that doing 4 excersizes for the legs twice a week while doing sprints 4 times a week is a little much. My hammies are still a little tender from thursday. I think what I'm gonna do is drop the hypers and lunges, and move the ab work to lower body day. I'm also gonna drop the tricep extentions and replace them with pullovers.

Goin out to dinner tonight, so I guess that'll be my cheat meal for the week, although I still do plan on avoiding carbs at all costs, I'll probably just get a steak or some fish or something.

Alright, i now know my max's for the lifts i haven't done in a long time, the incline bench's and hanging powercleans. Having to do both my upper body and lower body workouts on the same day sucked, as did forgetting how sore i get after picking up the lax stick again for the first time in a while. My shoulders and parts of my back are KILLING me, but it's just cause its muscles i haven't used in a while. Also, the 4.4 pound weight loss is about what I expected for the first week. If i lose more than 2 pounds next week I'm gonna up the cals, cause I really don't want to lose muscle, but I am starting the 1st 2 week clen cycle tomorrow, so that'll help.

Diet has been fine. went out to dinner last night and had my "cheat meal" which was a great moroccan soup and then one of the best tuna steaks I've ever had. Found a great new restaurant!
 
Today i just did cardio, it was the first day with 7 of the half sprints. adding 1 seemed fine, and I think I'm gettin in much better cardio-vascular shape.

Today was also the first day of clen, 120 mcg's. Gonna take this every day in the morning for the next 2 weeks. I know everyone says it's a hell of a lot, but I'm not very senstive to stimulants, so at worst i get a little shakey, but its nothing bad. I don't even really get cramps at that dosage.

Yesterday's diet was good.

Today's diet was ok, but I had an extra 2 tbsp's of ANPB after i got home from the cardio, which was after a long day of work, and I still had to drag my crap down to do laundry. I felt like i just wanted to go to sleep, and it was only 1 pm. I'll be back on tomorrow.

Workout was just ok, but the dips got better. Day 2 of the clen has gone fine. Diet has been fine. The real high point of the day was the running, felt easy today. I'm thinking of maybe upping the rate at which i progress, but i'll see how lifting tomorrow goes.

Lacrosse for 1 hour

Finally, a workout that's felt good. The last set of squats went up easy, and that made me real happy. I'm not sure if the weight going up from Sunday is from weighing myself in the afternoon vs. the morning or from something else. Anyway, today's diet was on, and I feel great.

One question though. I'm going to be feeling hungry every night, and it's killin me. I woke up the other night with hunger pains, and that was a first. I had some ANPB and went back to bed, but I'm just not used to having no veggies with my dinner. Would adding 1 or 2 cups of broccoli with my dinner be that bad? I know carbs in the evening are bad, but it's just a little broccoli... ;)

Ok, yesterday turned into my day off cause i had to cover an 8 hour shift at work, when i thought i'd be running. I did my cardio this morning already, on an empty stomach. This was much harder than i rememberd. Anyway, I'm gonna keep this routine up from now on. I'm also gonna play lacrosse for an hour today after work.

Diet yesterday was fine.

You taking LiquiClen, or Tabs? 120mgs out the gate... *shiver* :worried:
 
liqui, so .6 mililiters. I don't know why, but most stimulants don't have much of an effect on me. I can take 50 mg of ephedrine and 400 mg caffeine twice a day and barely feel it.

Why can't the weather just do what I want it to? I woke up this morning to a sweet pre-dawn thunderstorm, but did my sprints anyway. I found that this was actually pretty cool, and did 8 half sprints instead of 7. I'm really starting to lilke my sprints in the morning!

Tonight I'm goin out to dinner, so that's gonna be the cheat meal again this week.
