Best way to re-introduce carbs after a low-carb summer?

Damn, I'm bad about this. At my lowest, I made it at or just below 8%, and then, I went straight into my bulking diet w/ more than double the carbs. Good for you for not doing that. I think you know the answer better than we do for yourself. Just do it slowly.
 
start of slowly obviously, start with low glycemic carbs mainly veggies, beans, oats

i'd say have them in the earlier portion of the day then you can assess at what level you can keep your cuts and have carbs too... i have found that i can tollerate about 150-200gms of carbs after low carbing and maintain my cuts

im small but i do tonnes of cardio too though
