I eat 6 timeas a day but have trouble deciding on what to eat just before I hit the gym....what is your best pre-work out meal? By the time I hit the gym it is 7 pm and I have eaten 4 or 5 times by now. Between 7 and 10 pm I am squeezing in my pre-work out meal, post work out meal and then dinner. I am at the gym for over an hour so thats three melas in about two hours. I eat at 7 am, 10am, 1 pm, 3 pm, pre-work meal at 6pm, post meal at 8pm then dinner about 9pm. I need ideas for something quick that I can have prepared and take with me to work and have ready to eat around 6 pm. All my others meals are no problem....
