best foods for bodybuilidng and health?

ok so we all wanna be big and lean but stay healthy too..
What are the best foods for this?

i aim to eat mixed nuts, flaxseed, fish oils
green veg, kiwis, bananas, apricots, salads
also protiein powder, bagels, chicken and eggs

this is virtually all i eat!
 
A list of ultimate 'best' foods is a bit too much to put out there, but I suggest EFAs and other healthy oils, complex-carbs (high fiber), lean meats, fish (variety) and of course vegetables and nuts/legumes.

Tuna, oatmeal, eggs, lean chicken breasts, cottage cheese, brown rice is 95% of my food.

I need to start fitting in more nuts and vegetables though.

wow, i can def come up with a bunch of things. here's my list of my most commonly ate foods:

yams
ww bread
natty pb
cottage cheese
muscle milk & whey protein
broccoli
brussell sprouts
spinach
chicken (ground and breasts)
pork tenderloin
buffalo meat (recently added)
skim milk
oatmeal
eggwhites
brown rice
