best drug to get from 8% to 4% Tren maybe?

I have been below 5%. I'm skinny, so it's REAL unhealthy for me (skinny means less muscle, so at 4% there is almost NO fat anywhere).

I tend to stay around 7% though, year round. This means I do not gain much muscle at all...maybe 1-2 lbs per year, with cycles.

PEople here are right when they say 4% is almost mythical. When I was sub 5% I had EVERYTHING showing. All serratus, obliques, striations in the delts...you name it and it was there clear as a bell.

People ask if I am 5% now and I am probably 7 or 8...most people do not know bodyfat at all. My abs show clearly at 8%. These magazines reporting football players at 4% and lower is just pure bullshit.

Your leanest pros are probably 4% on the day of the show. They claim lower, but I doubt its true.

Anyway, I can tell you that when I am 5% I bruise from just touching things. I get sick easy. My face looks like a grinning skull. I'm angry and irritable and starving all the time.

The fact is that 6% looks about as good as 4% without the sick striations, and is a hell of a lot easier to hold.

rephrase

Kay for starters when I said cardio I meant like plyometrics. Example would be 30 seconds of jumping rope, then no rest going into 30 seconds of burpees(if you dont know what this is its intense as hell, you jump in the air land on hands and feet kick legs back into a push up then reverse and do again. Anyways he does shit like this. Yeah me myself I have never been 4%, but I am a trainer and do bodyfats daily. And yeah I know most of yall hate trainers and I dont blame you, but I follow poliquin and ian king and others if it makes you feel any better. Anyways getting back to it. He is shredded (starting to see striations in chest and can see every single freakin ab lower included. His problem is his legs look like shit. I mean his upper body has very little fat but when I did his legs I pinched more fat on his than mine and I am 14% maybe not as much but close to it. I carry most of mine in abs. Legs are pretty good on me. Anyways any suggestions on dropping bodyfat in lower region let me know. Peace.

4%
Even if he achieves this he won't be able to maintain it for long, if he is not doing a show or comp. he shouldn't bother it is a rough path to tread and for what if not glory or $

I would say anavar, tren and DNP would all definetly get the job done for the type of results you are looking for.

I'd have to agree with the DNP, it plain works... If you want to do it without DNP, then definitely Diet, Cardio, and the right training program FOR YOU are KEY... Gear would be in there simply for muscle retention, obviously - var, tren, or even test would all be good choices IMO (water retention is a possibility with test, but it would go away a little after you got off), and GH would definitely help, biker is right on with that...

YUM

I am currently running 50mg ed of var, and I have seen extreme strength gains, noticable quality gains with absolutely no bloat or other side effects at all. People bitch about the price, but when you think of how much money you save on anti-e's and Accutane by not having your face blow up like one, big watery zit, you will see that you are not saving that much money by using dbol instead of var.
