Hi all, I have never posted in this forum before, but I decided I would give this a shot.
I am looking to begin boxing. Obviously every gym nowadays is offering "professional" instruction
; I am sure you can understand my reasoning behind asking for a true boxing gym.
If you were looking to get a great instruction, access to real equipment, and a solid foundation in the sport what gym(s) would you recommend?
I appreciate any and all feedback.
