just a simple question....
when doing bench, should I do a few back excercises after? Im currently doing a routine for Bench about twice per week, after bench lots of Triceps, then maybe a few shoulder excercises.
When I "used" to be doing W/S, I remember doing lots of back/lat work on bench day too! But now im doing a basic bench-tricpes routine and train back on DL/back day. Seems to be working good, but just wondering if 1-2 excercises for back would be beneficial or not? I dont want to overtrain.
