I'm also bringing in a plumber to hook up the last connections to the boiler for radiant heat under the kitchen tiles which are directly over that room.

damn good job GL. i know what you mean, i bought this house and didnt even move in for 6 or 7 months. gutted the down stairs and some of the upstairs. new kitchen, brand new master bath and bedroom and all new flooring. what a pain in the ass. i wish it was clean right now, i would take some pics. maybe tomorrow.

what size room is that? im thinking of adding on to my house for a indoor pool, game room and gym. but i need to make sure i dont get to big so i wanna make the rooms just right.

its gonna be a massive undertaking i wanna start this fall. im thinking a midsize pool with spa so maybe 1000sqft. but im not sure about actually enclosing it. but definitely have a pool house which will be my gameroom and gym. for those im thing a total of 800sqft, i want it roomy but not to big because of dollars.
