Beef jerky is my addiction

Okay so, my diet is pretty spot on. Been working on my cutting diet lately, trying to get down to 8% before I start my cycle, so that way I get the most out of masteron e.

But I have a problem with eating we'd jerky lol. Is there any way I can keep this in my diet, or is it a absolute no?
If so let me know lol

hows sodium intake from other sources?
You talking regular old Jack links style .

Pretty good, basic 6 meals a day + shake.
Chicken a fish + veggies

I eat the "oberto" BBQ pork jerky.
This is per serving
And 6 servings per bag
1g saturated fat
2.5 grams total fat
Cholesterol 35mg
Sodium 400mg
Carbs 7g
Protein 10g

I eat about a bag per week

Ya know I love beef jerky but try to stay away from it because of the high sodium but thinking about your question and the sodium, ya know you could always make your own out of beef and just not add all the extra to it to make it taste like the processed stuff. It would still be fairly good just plain. I've made deer jerky before so I'm done a little bit of making my own. I know that's not as easy as just buying it but it would cut a bunch of sodium out so you could still have it somewhat
 
i dont think that will set you back from reaching 8% by any means...

Well I'm hoping it doesn't.
I have a very fast metabolism, like very fast. I eat 6-8 meals a day, but I'm hungry even after I eat lol.
My while life Iv always been from 8-13%
Never higher then that, but yeah I do love my jerky... But other then that I try to eat very healthy

Only a bag a week? If its a 4.5 Oz bag, thats lesd than an ounce a day.

Usually it's the one pound bag, I'll eat that in one day maybe 2 days.. But I'll only buy the bag once a week.
Bu lately its been the 6.2 ounce bag. But I scarf that shit in minutes lol..

id enjoy that habit, but that stuff is expensive... i like the local jerky they sell here at the gas station in slabs... great shit...

Haha aight, if anything i would up my Cardio, or something lol, I have to have my jerky..
It is quite expensive at time, but yeah those slabs are bomb too!

you can eat whatever you want whenever you want but when your trying to get to a certain level like 8% body fat then you have to be careful with certain things... im not saying you can't ever have it but scarfing it in the manner you are doing it is not good because your getting way too much sodium all at once... i would assume that's not the only sodium your getting in a day and if your loading the fuck out of it like that, then its causing you to bloat and retain water for a few days, which will affect your body fat... how you eat just depends on your goals and your body reactions... some people can get away with more than others too... i would recommend for your goals to get it a bit more under control... if you weren't aiming for such a low body fat, then its a different story, but to get there, you need to have a lot of discipline and self control...

Occasionally I like to cheat with some jerky.. But nothing other then that, I'm pretty strict otherwise.

But your right, I need to be a little more strict with the jerky, especially with my cycle coming up, and especially if I want to be around 8% so I get full potential out masteron!

its okay to cheat once in a while but you when your talking about slamming all that shit at once, thats when its a problem...

just stay dialed in because i want you to get the most you can out of masteron because the lower the body fat, the more masteron fucking shines bro...

Yah I figured haha, the shots addicting!

But okay I'll stay locked in for the rest of the time being! I got about a month or so to drop a 1% or 2, so I need to get cracking, I'm going to get to my full potential for this cycle! I want it done correctly, and to the best of my capabilities.

I buy mine from a dude selling it on the street corner, he's got all kind, and none of the "preservatives" Thats where you get all that sodium from.

Now unless I read it wrong, doesn't Potassium, for a lack of better words, cancel out sodium?

Anyways, try venison jerky, F'N Awesome!
 
While I cannot stand the taste of Oberto, jack Links, or any of that crap.....Wild Bill's is where its at kids....

But seriously.....take your ass to the store...buy a dehydrator....make it your damn self and leave oout all the salt. You can use chicken, pork, fish, beef, whatever....wayyyyyyyy cheaper and you can eat the shit non stop.

In a way yes its more like it manipulates it but you gotta be carefull with that.
