Beef! It's whats for dinner!

Question: I am trying to determine the exact cal/protein/fat content of 6oz lean beef (fat removed). I cook it on the stove, in water. I have been playing around on fitday.com and it does not give me the correct options. I do not consider that to be fried, not using oil. I am kinda like boiling it. Anyone have any numbers to throw at me?
 
What percentage of fat are you using for your ground beef? I usually get 93% lean. Here's some basic info facts:

Nevermind...I am such a blonde sometimes! It really helps to turn the package of steaks OVER when the nutritional information is :newbie:
 
LOL. Thats ok. In case you feel like buying any ground beef there's some nutritional information for ya. Just in case its not on the back of the package. :lmao: :)
