Bed time snacks

I know most of us have casein shakes or cottage cheese before bed but I gotta change it up... Lately I have been doing a cup of roasted peanuts in shell, not terrible on the carbs decent protein and good fats and fiber, with good digestion rate... Anyone else do this or think this is a good or bad bed time snack? I would love some bed time snack ideas...
I'm about 168lbs 5'7" and realistically 15% BF might be high but I rather be conservative. Looking to drop another 10-13 lbs. I'm coming down from 230... I was a tad bit heavy lol. Ive gotten great advice on here so I thought I would ask for more...

Large Salad, no tomatoes with olive oil and walnuts/olives, add psyllium husk and 1 probiotic to the mix.
