Just wanted to share this real quick. (1 month) I decided to change up my diet and try something new. Ive been bulking on 90% vegetarian diet. 75/15/10 I reduced my caloric intake to approx 2000 and exchanged all my carbs to come from veggies and fruit, primarily spinach, oranges and bananas. I get my protein from combat whey as well as beef 97/3 once a week. I lift heavy 5 days a week and do interval cardio 3 days a week for 30 min.
While fruit is full of sugar I stay around 64G/day
