1.8 up from yesterday morn weigh in!
with my past weigh in vrs scale issues i had im going to call this a total gain up to date on this cycle to be around 12 lbs it could be more but surly is no less. better to air on the side of bull sh*t free
im going to finish up my coffee and breakfast and go hit it hard..
i love sunday morning lifts!

i think i over did it yesterday. i didnt realize i pushed so hard but early on in my lifts today i felt the effects.
i got through all my lifts plus some extra cable work. but all weight stayed about the same. im going to rest a full day (maybe 2)
and kill it again. i feel a little disappointed in my lifts today. but honestly theres no good reson for it. im miles above were i started at ;)
 
2 full pounds showed up on the scale today!!! totaling 14 lbs as of today!
man thats encouraging after getting my ass handed to me yesterday. my diet went a bit dirty last night at my girls fathers birthday party.
typical Italian cooking. pasta . baked pastas dishes. salty cured meats. trays and trays of home made bread. all kinds of seafood covered in all kinds of crap. and home made ice cream made with egg yokes rather than whites.
and those are just some of the stuff..........
as odd as this sounds this morning was the first "normal" bath room visit ive had sence probably day 3 of this cycle.
by normal i mean things were more solid. not sure if its becuse my carbs were higher in my latter meals or what.
i wasn't a glutinous pig or anything. i just stopped counting cals when i looked at the table. i stayed away from everything dripping in oil and deep fried.
 
body weights up another 1+ lb
attitude and focus coming back to now! i know i was thinking of taking two days off to let my self recover. so we will see if i can stay away today.
im thinking about dropping out my accessory work this week and see if i can really hammer home some improvements on the big lifts.
next run of this cycle will be on a split for a comparison.

this really is quit an experience. i do find that night if my sleep suffers my motivation drops of half way through my lifts.
im keeping around 4000 cals on lift days and 3000 on rest days. staying away from cardio all together for right now. just short warm ups and cool downs on treadmill.
i knew all the talk was that beast is a true clean bulk. but in all honesty my thought was that i was going to have to cut shortly after this. i actualy wonder if i have lost some BF
on this cycle so fare. unreal!
the onely real side i have noticed is acne on my back and a oily skin on my head. really oily like i get up from bench and it looks like some one pute a wet reg on the end of the bench.
and im going through pillow cases every night becuse all i can think about is how gross that thing must be.
drive and motivation still through the roof. i thought taking a 2 day rest would allow me to increase weight load. it worked on all but my squat. but the progress is undeniable.
killed it yesterday. what i use to do as "extra work" has just become part of my routine at this point.
