Wow, every thread I open has fantastic looking women..You're looking in great shape.... I would definately attempt competing..

I was also confused with the figure, bb thing but after watching some tapes, I found bb allows you to show your personality with the posing and routines...I noticed all figure girls seem to be able to do is the quarter turns....Maybe it's more of personal choice?????

PS- I've been getting stomach pains as well as I have been doing the almonds as my last meal like you have ... think I will switch that up as see if it makes a difference

PPS- Gonna find that ham/.glute work from Sassy that was mentioned

WK- Thanks for your input. I'm looking forward to learning from your experience. Yes, the almonds are gonna have to go as I finally decided last night. It's funny cuz they don't bother me during the day...only when I eat them before bed. :whatever:

No Carb Day

1PM: 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp anpb, .5 scoop whey
3PM: chx breast, 1 oz almonds
6PM: 6 egg whites, small cucumber
9:30: 6 egg white omelete w/ spinach
12:30: shake (1 scoop whey in water)
1:30: 3 tbsp anpb

Hey BG - You've got a nice solid base- my comments - nice deep abs, can see intercostals, nice thick lat spread & capped delts already going, nice tie-ins, nice nice nice front double bi - nice thickness from the delts. The legs are always the biggest pain in the ass for women to get them lean enough to match the detail in the upper body - if you hit the cardio, carb cycling and adjust your protein so in the cut you don't sacrifice any muscle, you should come out real nice in 7 weeks.

Questoins - do you have all the stuff - suits, mastery of the mandatories, posing routine - 60 sec AND 90 sec?

Hey Sassy! Thanks for your comments. :) About the pain in the ass legs...Do you reccomend that I do anything different as far as my leg workout goes, or just be patient and depend on the diet and cardio to cut them up?
Also, Bunny mentioned that you had some tips on tightening the glutes. Care to share?
I'm currently getting in almost 200g of protein a day. You think that's enough?
As far as the other stuff goes...suit, posing, routine...I'm kind of scrambling to get all that together. I'm so new to all this, and there really aren't any women around here that compete. I'm a little worried about ordering a suit online since I don't know exactly what I'm looking for..... and won't the sizing be off in seven weeks?
Some of my boyfriend's friends have competed, and they can probably help me some with posing. I've got that video "Perfect Posing" which kind of breaks it down.
I would love to hear all of the suggestions you have.
