I thought Wednesday would be a good day to take off since it's in the middle of the week. Doing cardio and weight training everyday has my wiped the f* out by friday (leg day). The little rest in the middle of the week helps to keep me going.
But your right....I should schedule cardio for the carb days...makes more sense.
thanks ck and scorp! I'll just be happy to chill out. I've been so stressed lately. I think the diet and workouts have really taken a toll on me too. I was extremely depressed and cranky today, and I've been having some annoying digestive/stomach issues. Hopefully a week away from life will help.

I had a wonderful vacation. Beach was really nice.
Anyway.... I did really well sticking to the diet, and it was cool to train in a new gym.
