I thought Wednesday would be a good day to take off since it's in the middle of the week. Doing cardio and weight training everyday has my wiped the f* out by friday (leg day). The little rest in the middle of the week helps to keep me going.
But your right....I should schedule cardio for the carb days...makes more sense.

No Carb Day

12PM: 2 egg whites, 2 whole hb eggs

:nighty: went back to bed........feel like ass today :worried:

2:15: shake (1 scoop whey + 1 tbsp anpb)

feeling a little better....I'm going to try to get cardio in pwo

5PM: chicken breast, 1 cup brocc

7PM: like 4 tbsp anpb ( :worried: ) 1 scoop whey

10PM: Shoulders (felt too shitty to do biceps)
....too lazy too record workout.. :p
10:30: 1/2 protein shake
12:00: 8 egg whites, cucumber slices

Totals for today....
Cals.......1686
Protein...248
Carbs....50
Fat.......56

I leave tomorrow for the beach!!! :elephant:

I'll be on vacation w/ the boyfriend for a week, so I won't be able to get my EF fix!! :bawling:

Don't worry...I'll be hitting the gym down there and sticking to the diet. I think I'll even leave the anpb at home. :rolleyes:

thanks ck and scorp! I'll just be happy to chill out. I've been so stressed lately. I think the diet and workouts have really taken a toll on me too. I was extremely depressed and cranky today, and I've been having some annoying digestive/stomach issues. Hopefully a week away from life will help.
 
Hey ladies!! :wavey: I'm happy to be logging again. I missed my EF!!
I had a wonderful vacation. Beach was really nice. :)
Anyway.... I did really well sticking to the diet, and it was cool to train in a new gym.
I'll try to catch up on everyone's logs.

got back really early this morning and slept late....

2PM: Shake (2 scoop whey + 1 tbsp anpb)
6PM: 2 egg whites, 2 whole hb eggs
9:30: 1 cup green beans, chicken breast
11:30: shake (1 scoop whey +2 tbsp anpb)
