How are you feeling on this carb depletion diet? Personally I would do low carb with the high days like 2-4 days spread apart. And only 2 to be able to refuel but that is just me. I wonder though how you feel having the 2 no carb days and why you do it that way? Just curious. Is it working for ya?

Hey P! The no carb days have been tolerable so far. I've only been doing this cycle for about 2 weeks, so I'm not going to change anything yet. I want to see how this works, but I may change it up. Thanks for your suggestions.

11AM: Shake (1 scoop whey + 1/2 cup oats)
1:30: 6 oz yam, chicken breast
4:30: 1 cup brocc, chx breast
7:15: Shake (1 scoop whey + 1/2 cup oats)

9:30: shoulders & bis

20x20, 25x18, 30x14, 35x10, 25x12

cable fly raises
10x20, 15x12, 10x16

barbell curls
20x20, 30x16, 40x12, 30x14

cable curls
30x16, 40x14, 45x12

preacher machine
30x18, 35x12


10:30: Shake (2 scoops whey in water)
12:00: 1 oz almonds

Had a rough night sleep last night. :worried: I had the worst stomach ache again after I went to bed. I'm beginning to think it has something to do w/ the almonds, since that's the last meal I have. Has anyone else had trouble with them before????

Anywho....I'm going to start working on posing this weekend. I borrowed that tape: "Perfect Posing" from a friend. That should get me started anyway.
I'll try to get new pics up too.

Couldn't manage to do cardio on empty this morning, but I will get it in. Woke up starving!! :chomp:

12:00: Shake (1.5 scoop whey + 1/2 cup oats)

1PM: 30 min. HIIT 250 cals burned + abs


3PM: 1 cup brocc, chx breast
5:45: Shake (1 scoop whey + 1/2 cup oats)
7:45: 6 oz yam, chx breast

8:30: Legs

leg extensions
50x20, 60x20, 70x16, 80x15

leg curls
50x20, 60x20, 70x15, 60x16

one-legged lunges w/ db
10#x20, 15#x15, 10#x15

lying hack squat machine
112x20, 135x16, 160x12

abductor machine
70x25, 90x20, 80x20


9:30: Shake (2 scoops whey in water)
11:30: 1 oz almonds :rolleyes:
12:30: still hungry :chomp: shake(1 scoop whey + 1 tbsp anpb)

Maybe you should just stop eating almonds for your last meal a couple of days and see if you feel better.....:rose:
