This is a bad subject to write about but i need answers! And the best place is here from my fellow brothers of IRON. When i take a crap i can not get the crap off my ass even after 1 roll of TP and several wet paper towels. I will need to wipe on and off the rest of the day! I run 2 gyms and this is not a nice feeling to walk around with all day! I have tried adding fiber to my diet and cutting my shakes from 5 a day to 2 or 3 along with 5 or 6 solid meals. Still the same problem...i do not handle milk well so i do not drink it and avoid dairy foods. But whey protien and weight gainer have dairy in them...could this be the problem???? i wonder if i switch to just egg protien would it help...but as far as weight gain for extra calories i wonder if they make one without milk? or is there something else i could use? PLEASE HELP! Am i alone in this?
