I have a question on which i would like your opinion. Im not new to this so im not after advice on how to take them, just what you guys think in your opion would be a good cycle/stack in these circumstances.

i have started training again after about a years lay off ( with no useage at all ) and have been training again for a while and are ready both in body and mind to go back on. I am quite experienced with AAS useage and plan to restart my cycling again soon.

In the past i have competed many cycles , which have inclued sustanon, d-bol, winny, primo, and so on.... ( you guys know the usual suspects, no need to list them all!!!!! )

i am planning to regain bulk, muscle mass and weight. Due to the lay off im now only 5'11 at 200lbs. A fraction of my former self!! 5'11 at 285lbs @ 7%bf.

so the opinion im after from you guys is what stack of candy do you think would be good one in these circumstances?

after a lay off you first need to condition your body to handle the weight training. i would not start using AAS again until you gain some more weight naturaly. When you get used to the training lifestyle again then start a major bulking cycle. I would suggest

dboll 35 mg weeks 1-4
fina .75mg ed weeks 1-13
test suspension (decide for yourself)

dont forget those anti-e's.
 
I agree as well to lift naturally for a while then hit the juice.

A good and simple stack could be

600mg/week of EQ
500mg/week of test enan or test cyp
40mg/day of d-bol (weeks 1-5)
 
i would keep working out naturally for a bit.... but have on hand a small cycle ready to go like, lets say 400mg TEST/week for like 8 weeks...

work naturally for aslong as u can maybe push yourself 2 more months, than run that little cycle, it won't put on massive size, or put too much stress on your body, but u will be motivated, cause u will see results... Recover get your own test back up, work naturally for 2 more months or so, Than do a real cycle 500test/400deca D-bol whatever...
than recover from that, and by then its summer 2003 lol and u're looking good, lol
 
Your first months back should consist of good workouts with progressive overloads. Start with light weights (for you) and work on getting as strong as you can without drugs on the big three (deadlifts, squats and bench). Work the weight up slowly. Your diet should be high protein, medium fat, medium carbs and your calorie intake should be on the high side.

When you will have reached a strenght plateau you can consider starting your first cycle.

Whatever you do, dont try to start everything at the same time (high dosed drug regiment, high calorie diet, high intensity workouts, ect) because you will risk getting injured or sick.
