Ok, first off, I tried the new grip/elevation trick that BFold told me about... moving the angle of my back depending on the weight on barbell rows... and moving my grip, inward and outward... it worked REALLY good... I also did it on the deadlifts... after which, I about threw up and passed out at the same time... after I regained my composure... I had to make a B-line ot the restroom to DUMP my troubles...
Mental note, don't wear body armor gloves when you are running for the shitter....
I then did my bi's ... my lateral ligament is STILL hurting... it makes me unable to hold the dumbbell in a curl motoin... I can only use the "hammer" motion... Hammers across body ... with HEAVY weight, no pain... but if I try to do concentration, or regular curls... I can barely curl the dumbbell up...
I've tried the Hammer motion, but it's still hurting... last week, it felt awesome... this week, sucks... And i took the entire weekend off..
Any suggestions?? Like Icy Hot???
