B*tch tits

estropes

New member
All,

I was talking with a bodybuilder friend who told me never to do decline bench because you'll get B*tch tits? Is this true?

Also he told me to swear off Arnold presses because it will rip your rotator cuff sooner or later, any truth to any of this?

Thanks

The first one is one of the dumber ones I've heard lately. It's bullshit.

As for the Arnold presses, they are no different from any other excercise in that if you do them improperly or if you use too much weight, yes, you will likely injure yourself. But as far as APs being dangerous per se, I think that's pretty much crap also.

However, APs are kind of an awkward movement. I would not recommend them to someone who had never done shoulder work before.

Far from it on the declines as I have done intensive declines for the past 3 months and have developed HARD and vascular upper pecs as a result

From what I understand declines and dips hit your uppeer pecs more then inclines do.

I agree...see the similar thread under "Poll, Best Chest Builder"...right on topic.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was saying bullshit to the original post. I agree with calves and monstar.

Any pec work will give you bitch tits if you have a slab of fat on top of the pec muscle. As the muscle gets larger it causes the fat to protrude out. So...unless you have a slab of fat on top you don't have to worry about a particular exercise giving you those tits. And if you do, just lose some fat.

funny stuff......
