Anyone have a video of pull-throughs? Either with bands or pulley machine. I want to add these for hams, and want to be positive on form.

Thank you,
Joker

One other question: What difference, if any, does it make if your legs are slightly bent at the beginning of the movement, (when you are bent over before you stand up) and straight at the end of the movement vs straight the whole time?

Thanks,
Joker

Not sure I have any clips on my site of them...but we do them bent knee, squatting style, straight legged, wide stance, close stance...every way we can think of...

Thanks B-Fold. Spatts had placed a vid of her doing them on here earlier that I downloaded. It has her doing the essentially stiff-legged throughout the movement.

I have seen them bent-legged at the beginning as well. Was just wondering what the added benefit to doing them either was.

But they are always stiff-legged at the end, right?

:) I did just that today. What I felt was that the stiff-legged pull-throughs hit my lower erectors much harder than the bent-legged.

I didn't feel it in my hams much, but that was probably due to trying it for the first time and not having perfect form. I am gonna keep at them for the next few weeks and see how it goes. I am also fighting off a cold right now, so my leg workout was a far cry from what it should have been.:(

I am hoping that this will help my deadlift form problem.

Thanks for the help all.:)
