awesome pancakes

Got this recipe from another board and changed it a bit:
1 cup of water
3 eggs
small amount of whole grain flower
1 bigggg scoop of casein/whey protein powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
mix well, mixture should be viscous.

now bake those very nice and fluffy pancakes in olive or sun flower oil, and eat with stevia. Being on diet can be fun!

if i hadnt just eaten i would me eating those right now..

give me 3 hours and ill tell you how much i like them! :D
 
does anyone know if protein powder deaminates when you cook it? I've often wondered cause I've seen tons of good recipes w/ it.
 
1/2c oatmeal
1/2c cottage cheese
5 egg whites
6 Equal
Cinnamon

Put it all in a blender and blend it. Pour some on an already hot pan (thin amount). Cook on low/med til its cooked, then flip. This amount makes like three pancakes.

Put 2 Equals and some cinnamon on them, then roll them up and eat them that way. SOOOO good! And no, it doesn't taste like cottage cheese.

laviathanx.... what consistency do those have? I don't imagine they are fluffy lol...
