Yeah bro, it gets very hard. I can't even sleep good right now because I get so hungry. You're right. Your body does want to go back to it's original bodyfat %. It fights you all the way to your goal. I don't cheat at all when I'm dieting. To me that defeats the purpose. Why cheat if I have a goal to accomplish. You have to understand that I'm an extremely disciplined person. Everyone who knows me says I'm the most disciplined person they've ever met. It's a gift and a curse. It's great because I sustain long periods of dieting and hard training, but it's a curse because it makes my life pretty boring. No going out and partying, no going out to dinner, no going to the movies unless I can bring my food with me. It's all a sacrifice.
