As Promised, Makavelli's Cycle and Diet

Thanks Makavelli, this was really great to read. I'm preparing for a cutter soon and this has inspired me!

I have a question. If you were to run T3 at only 25mcg just to keep metabolism up, is there any reason to ramp up or down? Would 25mcg be enough to keep metabolism going? And how long do you think it could be run safely?

You may only need to use 25 mcgs/day to keep your metabolism up. This depends on several factors: 1) How fast your metabolism is to begin with, 2) How long you've been dieting, and 3) How lean you want to get. If you are looking to be sub 6% then you'll most likely need to increase it to 50-75 mcgs/day. This is not an absolute but from my experience it is necessary. The only other choice you have is to lower calories more, but this can lead to muscle loss. T3 can be run for months on end without any problems. This is assuming that you taper off correctly.

A week after my last shot I used HCG at 3000, 3000, 3000, 2000, 2000, 1000 IU's every 4th day. I also started clomid at 100 mgs/day after 3 weeks, then dropped down to 50 mgs/day for another week. I started the clomid later because I wanted to see how I recovered with just HCG and nolvadex. I found that I wasn't fully recovered so I added in clomid and that did it. For me I need to use clomid. I know some claim that Nolvadex is the same, but I found that it is not. I stayed on the Nolvadex throughout PCT. I used 1 mg/day of Arimidex for the first 2 weeks, then went down to .5 mgs/day for the last two weeks.

I'm just wondering if you've ever tried cutting with less drugs. :)

I've been dieting on Anavar for the last 5 weeks, and I'm gonna start a 4 week cycle of Test Propionate/A-dex, Anavar, T3, and maybe some remaining T-bol in a few days.

I know that I'll be about as lean as I could be after that cycle, and from past experiences, I find that I don't need that much gear to maintain my muscle on a diet.

I've been eating 2500 calories on workout days, and 2000 on cardio days. It usually goes: workout, cardio, workout, cardio, with a day off once in a while. (Yes, I do whole body workouts... they tend to work best for me).

So, basically, I'm just wondering if you think your results would be significantly worse on, say, half of the gear you used. :)

PS: Ever try insulin while dieting? I've noticed great results when using it on a diet... it really helps fight strength losses.

Thanks bro. Through my years of experience I've found that this is what works best for. As I've stated in this thread if I would have had more time I probably would have used lower doses. However I needed to get in shape quickly and knew that I would have to get my blood levels of AAS up in fast in order to prevent muscle loss. My next cycle I'm just going to use test, EQ, Winstrol, and Proviron. I'm going to leave the tren out. I don't want to run tren every time due to it's suppressing effects on endogenous test production.

I've used insulin during dieting on carb loading days. For this cycle I didn't have time to add carb loading days, so I didn't use it. I don't really notice that much from slin though. I probably won't use it again especially since I don't want to get any bigger.

Mak do you think you can achieve this look with less gear if you were not pressed for time? are you keeping this hard lean look now that you are off?
