Yes. That's a total of an hour a day on the stepmill. I do my first cardio session after I train. This allows my body to immediately begin taping into my fat stores for energy since I just trained and used up any stored glycogen that I had. Also I eat low carb, so my stores aren't full to begin with. The second session is in the evening when I haven't eaten any carbs for several hours. Again this allows my body to tap into my fat stores for energy. Try it out. It works.

I do moderate intensity on the stepmill. I'm only out of breath at the end.

the stepmill is no joke I have the 7000pt, 20 minutes is enough!

We are talking about a stairmaster type of equipment right? Will have to do that to start mixing it up, my thighs are starting to chafe from running on the mill.

It's the stairs that move so you can't cheat. It's just like climbing stairs. I've found that nothing works as good as the stepmill for fat loss.

I diet on 2800 cals/day. I don't bulk anymore, but when I did I ate the same foods, just more of them. I still ate low carbs and tapered them throughout the day. The easiest way to add clean cals when you're trying to put on size is with all natural peanut butter and flax oil. I've had guys eat a jar of natural pb a day to help them put on size.

Once I get to where I need to be I can take a few days off here and there. They usually give you at least a week to be ready for a shoot. For the most part they understand that you don't walk around looking like that all the time. I don't plan on doing this for that long. Just long enough to get out of it what I need, which is experience, print work, etc. Then I'll move into film and T.V., which is my ultimate goal.

I totally understand what you're saying bro. My fiance always asks me how long I plan on doing this when I come back from my second session of cardio looking like a zombie and can hardly walk up stairs to our room. I don't plan on living this way forever.

"You must spread some Karma around before giving it to Makavelli again."

I hope someone like yourself "makes" it. You have the work ethic and nobody's given you a free ride like most of the donkeys I've met in the film, tv and print industry. I've done some print work and was in a couple Indie films and all of them had me take off my shirt somewhere in the shots...lol! It was wicked fun tho. Just realized that it wasn't my calling.

So do it man, you got the bod for it. And I don't mean that in a gay way at all... that industry is tuff. And btw, be prepared for a lot of homos checkin you out along with the chicks. It took me a while to get used to that shit, its a bit awkward at first. Anyway, keep it up.

Thanks bro. I know what you mean about the gay guys hitting on you. I'm already bombarded with them!LOL!

Lucky for me my fiance is an actress and a model, so she knows what's up. It is a tough industry. After I do some fitness modeling I'm going to get smaller to get into film. I don't want to get stereotyped into a "meathead" actor. Just getting roles because of my physique. My fiance told me the same thing, that I have to get smaller to get into film. I'll do what I have to do.
