1cup egg beaters
1/3c oatmeal -Raw
4oz. ff blueberry yogurt (dannon light n fit)
1/2c blueberries :)
*Blended---made pancakes

11am:
1/2c cottage cheese,
1/2c peaches

2pm:
5oz. chicken breast
1/2 c broccoli
1/4c brown rice
1/2c red kidney beans

3:30pm: GYM :) :) :)

**OMG IT FELT AWESOME to lift weights again !!!!!!!
Back-
T-Bar: 45lbsx 12 3 sets
Lat pulldown: 70lbs x 12 3 sets
A-bar pull down: 60lbs x 8-10 3 sets
Rows-cable: 70lbsx 12 4 sets

Biceps-
Preacher curl: 25lbs x 12 4 sets
Hammer curl: 15lbs x 8-10 4 sets
Curve Bar: 35bs x 8-10 4 sets

*20 min HIIT cardio(tredmill and stair master--sweating SOOO MUCH!!!)

5pm:
2tbs NPB,
2 slices Ligh Style all natural oatmeal/wheat bread(low carb)
1medium apple

7pm:
1/2c egg beaters
1/2c cottage cheese
1/3c oats
bakind powder
1/4c mixed berries

10pm: 1tbs NPB , 1 scoop protein
 
Your breakfasts look delicious :) I always turn mine into pancakes too when I have both oatmeal and egg whites... its quick and easy that way and yummy too!!
 
Pancakes are awesome!! I seem to have perfected that recipe.

I cant believe it!!! I woke up with a sore throat stuffy nose headache thing!!!Im running a fever now too :(

I just woke up....and feel like POO!! DARN IT. Finals next week----and Im more mad that I might not get cardio in today than the actual sickness.

8am:

1/2c ff cottage cheese
little bit of water, splenda, cinnamon.
*served with 1/3c sugar free/fat free apple pie filling

11am:
1/2c ff cottage cheese
1c peaches

2pm:
5oz chicken breast
1/2c broccoli
1c diced russet and sweet potato

5pm:
2TBS NPB :)
1 medium banana

7pm:
5oz. turkey breast
1TBS ff honey mustard
tomato, lettuce
2 slices natural rye bread

10pm:
protein shake (1 scoop whey/2TBS NPB)

I ran out of cottage cheese and decided to try some low carb peach yogurt I had in the fridge instead......mmmmmmmmmm :p
