im currently using it for a push pull legs routine..
mon
deadlift
pendlay row
2xbw chins to failure
wed
flat bench
overhead press
2xbw dips to failure
fri
squat
squat
2xcalf raises
im going up in weight VERY quickly surpassing all my maxes..my theory is once I start going even heavier on the 1 set of 6 my other sets will be enough weight to stimulate even more growth..so I think it's just enough volume..i tend to really like stuart mcroberts princples too and this seems like the best of both worlds..i don't burn out using just one rep range and I can really beat up chest/back/or legs once a week with full intensity..what do you guys think?
