Anyone got any Delt tips?

Like, hello and thanx for the leg training advice. Ill try it out tomorow.
I was wondering also if you had any front delt routines that work. Ive heared that barbel raises are good with a light weight and arched back. I actually tryed doing this last time and found it a wee bit uncomfortable.
And also what do you guys do to get the sides happening? Do you do the light dumbel lateral thing?
I got to admit out of all the muscle groups, with the exeption of the legs, those side and especially front delts can be a real bitch to train, wouldnt you agree?

For the sides I would go with db presses and don't let your arms go below parralel as it involves way too much triceps and not enough delts. After that I love to hit Arnold presses as it works all three heads and you get one hell of a good burn. Give it a try..

I found out that chins got my delts to bulk up .... military presses hurt my rotator cuffs ... you've gott warm up your muscles a lot ... to do delts ..
