As I have mentioned in most of my posts, I have been battling a bad weight gain since my figure compeition almost 6 months ago now. I am weighing 20 pounds over my contest weight, and about 10 pounds more than I usually weigh for a normal weight. I CANNOT lose weight!!!! I have tried everything from chaning workouts, not working out, changing my diet, etc. Nothing is working. I was recently told I may have a gluten intolerance. Is anyone familiar with this??? I dont have much gluten in my diet anyway, but the little I do have I am cutting out, to see if I can drop any weight. that will be a good indiciation if that is my problem. I have the weight gain symptom, but I also get extremely tired after I eat high carb foods (on a cheat day for example), like pizza. I will fall asleep ASAP after that! Anyone have any experience with this???? Sound familiar??
