The Dude New member Oct 11, 2002 #7 I really, really, really wish my gym had a pullover machine. Those suckers isolate the lats like crazy on the lower half of the "pulldown." But I do lots of close grip pull-ups and pulldowns and with full range of motion, it makes up for it mostly.
