i may be wrong bro but i think meridia fucks with mr happy..?..i dont believe dnp messes with you down there hopefully ill find some. i heard clen was ok clen increases metabolizm about 10 percent , eca increase metabolizm 5 percent, dnp increases about 30 percent i beleive
 
i honestly was looking like that guy vitor(the guy with the pics for the crum diet) with bigger arms then his. but damn i shure do look like shit compared to him now from JUST A FUCKING week from binging. if i ever get some dnp ill keep you guys posted on my results

Let me give you some advice: accept your losses for the short-term. You might just make it a goal to maintain your weight right now, as difficult as that sounds. I have done similar things, binging for a week after a diet. Really, you probably have not gained as much fat as it looks like. Additionally, immediately after a hard diet, your body has is still in an anticatabolic state. Anabolism minus catabolism equals muscular gain, so a good portion of weight gained WILL be lean mass. Loss of lean mass during a diet is not just muscle amino acids, and your body is replenishing itself. You are probably also retaining a lot of water. Dude, just maintain until you get some dnp or whatever! I'm just trying to help you maintain the awesome results you probably STILL have!
 
DNP is the same thing. I can lose almost as much fat on dnp as I can a low carb diet ultra low calories. The problem with DNP is it really messes up you thyorid. I have done atlest 6 week cycles on dnp and I had to take thyroid just to get my metabolism working again next thing you know it eats away all your hard erned muscle if you dont take steroids with the thyroid, then when you come off the thyroid your thyroid is out of wack and you gain weight again, its just harder and harder coming off the drugs than even diet. What are you going to do take dnp again and again when you need to just to stay lean?

Before you try DNP I suggest you go see a doctor about some medicine to help you or try to force rations on your self and a planed diet. DNP is not something to depend on. You can stay low bodyfat if you eat correctly for your bodytype or within 2-4 weeks of getting there leanned out.

Its all self control that is what It comes down to and modertering your results. and keeping on tracking and watching how much you eat. thats what we got to do if you want to maintain 8% bodyfat year round with a big appitite. Its hell of work but I think its alot better than depending on dnp, thyroid. If you are going to try anything before dnp try to learn self control. I have definatally learned my lesson with DNP and Thyroid, I will never touch the stuff again (eac) yes and probally- DNP HELL NO thyroid inless I really need it to where I am fucken obiese on a ristricted diet(1200 calories or less) its because of my thyroid. Maybe you might have to stick with a CKD diet with the exact recommended caculations to maintian 8% year round, but if you follow a strict eating plan eating only the number of calories you need in a day o you should beable to maintain a six pack without a problem if you eat for your bodytype. Dont use drugs as a option for dieting when you can use it for food. My opion but do what you must do. I reall think that each DNP will take time off your lifespand. But hey if its worth it to you try the DNP Thyroid combo just to get hard and lean. This shit does piss me off too!.
 
what if im eating tons of fruit while on dnp??????/

thanks for replying that was quite motivating. i dont think im ever going to drastic diet like i did before (200 gram protien 35 fats 60 carbs) i think that was a lil too drastic even though i was gettin awesome fatloss. im gonna give this new diet a shot (200gram protien 120 grams of carbs and 70 grams of fat) im going to start doing sprints everyother day along with my normal training regimen. if i ever get the hook up on dnp i will just do low does and eat nothing but fruits too keep my thyroid high.
 
the only thing good about this week from binging was that my sex drive is OUT OF CONTROL. i dont wanna be nasty or sickin you guys but normally when im DIETING ill only want sex once a day but when i have bingin i can get off 4-6 times a day everyday this week. besides that i feel like a fat ass i was lookin so good just a fukin week ago hopefully i can diet tommorrow. i was thinking of doing something like a sandwhich diet
ill probably figure out the exact amounts later ill probably just use one peace of bread or something like sourdough i want to get about 100-130 grams of carbs 50-70 grams of fats 200 grams of protien, i may go a lil higher on the carbs i may add a lil dextrose 30g post workout on top of my sandwich

If you ever do dnp be careful with that stuff, as you might have a bad reaction with it. I did it and I had a rash all over my body and it makes you depressed, reasearch the net.

The thing about it is before you do DNP you can always try a nutritionist, or for free sign up for a maxmuscle 12 month contest for free(except for buying 3 different supplements) that way you can see the results for yourself. You work with a guy and they figure out a diet for your body type, you can work with a personal trainer ext read more books and calculate it yourself. get on a good body building diet.


Some people have a natural gift for staying lean they eather dont get hungry much or they have a fast metabolism, or not enough money on food or they measure everything out and get in habbits of eating the same thing all the time and try to stick with it year in and year out what gives them the best gains and fatloss all in one.

I know I have the same problem to with binging(on protien and carbs), and I to feel that victor guy, his genetics are made differently and who knows maybe he measures everything out perfect so he eats no more than a certian number of calories per meal and is use to controling what he eats when he binges.

I have talked with people that are huge and stay lean year round and for some could just be added in cardio every day or cuting carbs after 4pm. But eating the same foods year in year out. And they only drop carbs all out the last 2 weeks durring copentition but have been working out for 12 years.

others diet drasticly and bulk up for atlest 8 weeks not caring how fat they get then get just as long as they are not to fater than 20% then even go on a 90 workout rutine.

Most natural guys that are fucken huge get fat for a year then cut down and maintain for a year than get fat for a year.

I have seen some pics of arnold preaty husky, defintally over 17% bodyfat.

It just takes time dont beatyourself up. Just say healthy and dont get obease be happy and take it easy one step at a time. You have all the time why not try different things out for atlest a year before you even touch dnp, because drugs are addicting you all.
If you cant manage your diet now, how will you beable to manage it when you come off of dnp.
have it all within you to be like that if you just try and try again.

You said maybe with sourdough or hamburger buns as well. Man, those are probably the worst breads for a diet. If I am wrong someone please correct me. I would personally go with Wheat bread or some other dark bread, but not anything white. One slice of white bread has 18g of carbs I think. Assuming you are only using one slice 6 times a day that equals 128. Sourdough is less, but 6 medium sloces wtill comes out to about 80grams.

I don't know, maybe I am wrong, but that doesn't sound right to me.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. i woudl love to incorporate some sourdough into my diet.
 
here's my update bro's

i binge really bad after 7 pm im going nuts in the head here i think im overly obsessed with dieting, i come down really hard on my self after a fuck up and that has been every single night this week. i dunno wtf to do with myself if i dont eat .i bought a couple cases of BALANCE BARS on bulk the other day and they are almost gone:( my next day off i will have to see a dietician or a shrink cause im loosing my mind, its like i always trick myself into saying i will eat clean tomorrow but when today is here i go all out i start with 3-4 balance bars then move on to milk then half a jar of peanut butter then so on, are there any more options i can take before going to see a doc?
