There are few here that truly understand what it means to be "ravenous" when it comes to appetite. When I read someone stating that ECA will "kill" their appetite, I wish I were that person. I can take ECA all day long and still at night I have carb-cravings that makes me want to dip the cat in chocolate and powdered sugar and eat it.
There is a subset of people who have a "night-craving" disorder, which is pre-dominated by a hunger for carbohydrates (theorized to be a serotonin disorder). These individuals will not be hungry in the early hours of the morning and day, but will eat the majority of their calories at night and also wake up several times to eat.
Appetite regulation is still a new field and as of yet there are no great compounds to truly control it.
