Any info on a maintenance routine?

I need some help finding a routine for maintaining muscle mass and getting better definition while I diet. If anyone knows where I can find one on the internet please give me a link or site, and if you yourself are on one, please share it with me. Also, if you happen to know one by heart I'd be very appreaciative if you'd share it with me as well!

Thanks so much!

IMO, you should not ever change your workout for bulking, cutting, or maintenance. Weightlifting is about gaining muscle, as much as you can, always, period.

The only adjustments you should be making are in your diet and amount of cardio.

I personally disagree. If you are lifting heavy and yet dieting you will overtrain. I have a friend who did a heavy 5x5 for about 6 weeks while trying to eat clean and ended up in a big overtraining state. If you are really trying to gain mass you have to fuel it and if you are dieting can't like an animal. Just my opinion.

I'd suggest a 2 way split lifting 3 times a week. Hit arms/chest/shoulder one day then a few days later hit legs and back. Mix your cardio in 3-4 days a week with a couple ab days per week. Cut your calories down some. Also bump your reps to 12ish. You don't need a lot of sets or different exercises...try 4-6 sets per major body part and rotate through different exercises each lifting day to keep hitting from different angles over time.
