Currently approx 81kg (178lbs) 181cm (6'0) with 9-10% bf. Age 20, did one 8 week cycle of Test E last year, and been running a cutting cycle with Test Prop (350mg/week), Clen and T3.
Making a transition from Prop to Eth today for another 8 weeks. I'm currently using up the last 5ml of my Prop to kickstart the Eth, running same Prop dose, whilst running Eth @ 500mg/week.
Running just E for week 1 - 4, then Test E, Tren A, Clen and T3 from weeks 4 - 8. Going away for 2 weeks, then coming back to start PCT.
Because I've been cutting for last 8 weeks and xmas is approaching, even though I haven't reached my goal of 7/8% bf, I'm planning on bulking up for the next three weeks. I want to do this as cleanly as possible, and gain little bf, because I'll only have a 5 week cut.
Here is my diet I've written up. Any criticisms would be great. I'm also trying to avoid bloat as much as possible, and keep it as lean as I can.
Meal 1: 4 x Light Rye Rread. 2 x 95g tin tuna. 2 tbsp PB.
