I canNOT believe how good my workouts have been since starting
n2slin. the pumps have been huge, and I've had plenty of
energy.
Popped a single
forged burner today for an extra boost on back day, and loved every second of it.
The gym was super crowded, so when I got onto a machine I kind of camped out at each one waiting for the next to come open.
10 sets of T-Bar rows, pyramiding up to the last three sets with 5 plates.
5 sets of seated cable rows.
3 sets Bent over reverse flyes.
Back to 5 more sets seated cable rows (it was open. nothing else was LOL)
3 sets of wide grip chins
4 sets of barbell shrugs.
It was a fantastic workout.
I've been THIRSTY as all hell all day, but there are worse things a guy could crave than water, right?
Still been ravenously hungry, been slaughtering some tuna fish and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on haha
