Tough to grip, I might have to be a hero and start using chalk cause my grip just kept slipping. I don't like wrist straps!!! I feel I can do a bit more weight comfortably, but I need to strenghten my grip!!!
After doing these I feel everything is growing much better. I'm glad I started doing them. Barbell rows are also helping fill out my back!
