Anavar or Primo?

im not looking to be a body builder just get a little extra *oomph*. i go to the gym 3-4 times a week, lift weights about 5-6 days a week, and try to do cardio everyday. i would like to know why u think this is a joke. i have done a lot of research, and i no its no gonna work a miracle but it will help a lil bit.

1) The food you eat is a joke. Nobody can get lean or gain muscle off 1-2 meals a day. Yes, you might lose WEIGHT but there is a huge difference between losing WEIGHT and losing FAT. Losing WEIGHT will result in looking like a flabby mess, and losing FAT will make you tight. You need to eat AT LEAST 4-5 times a day. The meals need to be high in protein, moderate HEALTHY fat, and moderate FIBROUS carbs.

2) You previously asked if Clen and Anavar would get you results without working out as much. Then you state that you know it is not a miracle, yet you seem to be acting like it will be.

3) You claim to be doing research, and I even have referred you to several helpful posts, but still no change in what you think you should be doing. If you have really done PLENTY of research, you'll KNOW that you HAVE to eat 5-6 times a day. ANd eating healthy is very different than eating clean.

4) Getting extra "oommf" comes from increasing intensity of workouts, cleaning up your diet changing your training program or even trying an ECA. It does NOT come from adding substances such as Anavar. That addition can bring about life-altering BAD results....if not used correctly and intelligently.

5) Maybe you have considered this step very seriously, but I have sen nothing to show me you have. It is ultimately your decision, and we are all here to guide you and to offer opinions. But this is something you have to consider SERIOUSLY before doing...not jump into. I don't feel like you have even CONSIDERED the fact that you may not be ready for this step - or that maybe you should change something you are doing. We all need help, we all need opinions, but don't ask for opinions if you aren't going to listen to them. That wastes everyone's time.

I hope you are being smart about this, nobody truely knows that but you. ANd don't feel like this is a personal attack - I just hate seeing people jump into something THIS SERIOUS without REALLY considering if it is truely the smartest thing for them.

...i do train everyday...
:eek2:
NObody should train every day. It's while you rest that all the repair work happens to your body. This brings you back to the gym stronger so you can have an even better workout the next time. It's the continual raising of the weights/intensity that causes you to get leaner and more defined. Training every day is like beating a dead horse, you'll never get anywhere training tired weak muscles. (Well, you will get a lot of extra cortisol (a stress hormone) circulating in your body which makes it hang on even harder to body fat, but that's a whole 'nother subject.)

This is why eating small frequent meals is so important. Your body needs a steady supply of nutrients to repair itself. It can only absorb so much at one time. Eating throughout the day keeps your metabolism higher and your energy levels up.

Finally, there is NOTHING MAGIC IN STEROIDS. All they really do is help your muscles to better assimilate protein. Better protein synthesis allows for faster recovery, and this translates into a faster return to the gym to train even harder and grow even bigger than you could without them. BUT If you're not feeding your body enough nutrients to begin with, you're shooting yourself in the foot on the very first step, making steroids pretty much a waste.
