Am I on the Right Track, Fellow EFers?

Hello, to all. I have decided that I need to get even stricter with my dieting (the only way that I can is to actually chart exactly what I eat, the contents will stay the same).
I weigh ~195, but my weight does fluctuate, and 200 is a nice round number.
Anyways, I have tried to fit my caloric/macronutrient intake to the activity level of the day.
Tomorrow I am going to workout my Rest Day menu-as it is going to be a rest day for me.

Legs/Back Workout Days:
200 lbs. x 2=400 g carbs (1600 cals) (43%)
200 lbs. x 1.5=300 g protein (1200 cals) (32%)
200 lbs. x .5=100 g fat (900 cals) (24%)
Total Cals=3700 cals

Chest/Delts Workout Days:
200 lbs. x 1.5=300 g carbs (1200 cals) (36%)
200 lbs. x 1.5=300 g protein (1200 cals) (36%)
200 lbs. x .5=100 g fat (900 cals) (27%)
Total Cals=3300 cals (400 caloric/100g carbs deficit)

Rest Days:
200 lbs. x 1=200 g carbs (800 cals) (28%)
200 lbs. x 1.5=300 g protein (1200 cals) (41%)
200 lbs. x .5=100 g fat (900 cals) (31%)
Total Cals=2900 cals (800 caloric/200g carbs deficit)


Thought? Opinions? Do I suck complete ass at this?

BTW, my goal is lean mass gaining with incrimental fat loss-I guess more of a moderate bodybuilding diet-not bulking or cutting directly.
 
Well, not wanting to study for finals has really got me into figuring out my diet.

Here is what I will eat tomorrow for carbs:

1st Carb Meal:
3/4 c steel cut oats 510cals/9gfat/87gcarbs/18gpro

2nd Carb Meal:
1/2 c brown rice 340/3/74/8

3rd Carb Meal:
green apple 80/0/22/0

Total Carbs: 183 g
-Which gives me a 17 g play considering carbs may be in other food I eat.

For fat:
2 tbsp grape seed oil 240/28/0/0

2 tbsp ANPB 190/16/7/
-This will give me 44 g fat. I want to make sure I don't go over 100 g of fat-and I know that the meat I will eat will provide a substantial amount of fat.
 
The whole atkins barage gave carbs a shitty name........think of them as the workers, that move the bricks to build the house (aminos/protiens)......look at any GOOD bodybuilding diet, it's mod to high carbs and protein and low in fats (athlouth still needed)........what is your bf%? Are you TRYING to get leaner, maintain or gain mass? You can't do leaner and bigger very easily, so let's please toss that one out....when I cut, I pay very close attention to having all my carbs 3 times during the day.....1st meal, pretraining, postraining (shake and then a good meal.) all other meals are protein and fat. Quite simple and effective. When I bulk, carbs go with almost every meal. Except prebed, where I keep it on the lower end. On off days, lower your carbs and increase your fats......when I was your size, I shot for 40g of protein, 40 g of carbs and 10-15g of fats in each meal.......like this

P/F - COTTAGE CHEESE AND ALMONDS/ANPB/

2. 1 tbsp grape seed oil 120/14/0/0

Meal 1 Total: 800/23/90/53

You are right, I do need to choose exactly what I am doing.

I just received a call about a grip of promotional jobs that I might be doing in the coming months, so I think I am going to embark on a sane, "cutting diet."

I am endo-mesomorphic, so I will gain muscle, albeit at a must slower pace than if I were "bulking."

I need to get it tested, but I would ballpark my bf@~13%.

The diet you have outlined looks very similar to what I am going to do.

The one thing that has to be taken into consideration in regards to my fat loss is that while I am "natural," as in I have never taken AAS, GH, Clen or any illicit performance enhancing drug or creatine or NOS, etc., I do take both Adderall and Adderall XR (extended release), both of which obviously help me shed fat at an accelerated rate-especially when combined correctly with a clean diet, heavy training and studios cardio.

I have prescriptions for what I take, and take the outlined doses, so I am not abusing Adderall for fat loss, it just happens to be a great side effect (I guess not all side effects are bad).
