AM cardio days?

i am going to do three thirty minute cardio sessions per week before my first meal of the day with my cutting diet. which days do u reccomend i do them on. i was thinking wednesday and sunday (because no lifting these days) and monday to even it out? what do u think here is my lifting routine.
mon: chest, calves
tues: back, traps, abs
wed: rest
thurs: legs, calves
fri: shoulders, abs
sat: triceps, biceps
sun: rest
 
You can do it thursday. Since you will be doinig legs later in the day. I know my legs hurt like hell the day after, so I try to avoid cardio on that day. I think you would do well to avoid cardio on friday.
 
Cardio Before Your Leg Workout

Never.......never ever do a cardio session on the day where you train legs. You will hinder your training performance and gains. You do use up some glycogen when you do cardio (mostly i your legs). You want your glycogen levels to be high as possible for your leg session. If you must do any cardio that day, do it after your leg workout. Don't do a full length cardio session, do about half of it. Maybe perhaps 15 minutes, 20 minutes at the most.
 
ok thanx for the replies, i have decided to do 30 minute sessions on tuesdy, wednesday, and sunday
