i am going to do three thirty minute cardio sessions per week before my first meal of the day with my cutting diet. which days do u reccomend i do them on. i was thinking wednesday and sunday (because no lifting these days) and monday to even it out? what do u think here is my lifting routine.

tues: back, traps, abs
wed: rest
thurs: legs, calves
fri: shoulders, abs
sat: triceps, biceps
sun: rest
