Im 16 and about 5,7 170 pounds right now dont really know my bf exactley but i am a bit bulky . Being in gr11 don't really care about my looks as much as others might, my goal is really to become a strong mofo. Im not beastly strong im just above average right now.
My diet is basically eat all you can and whatever you can right now. I do have days where i just munch out and dont really give a fuck what i put into my body.
so basically im asking is it alright to just keep on bulking till i reach my goal of being around 195. Or should i lean out and then start bulking again.
Right now im just looking to get as big and strong as i can, and not really worry about having a high bf%.
just started the madcow 5x5 and am looking forward to getting good results off the program.
gr11's about to end and im ,looking to hit 195-200 by mid gr12 i think thats a reasonable amount of time. plans after that would be to lean out to around 180-185
