Conventional Deadlift 2x2 235kg
Back Downs 2x2 225kg
Front Squats 2x5 90kg
B stance RDL 3x6 40kg
Chin ups 4x6 bw
Hanging leg raises 3x10.

Bodies feeling a little sore especially hammies and upper back!
Enjoying the Tren Ace @70mg a week, seems perfectly fine, strength gains? Haven't noticed anything as yet haven't pushed weights just yet.

Will update log once i get feedback from coach.
