slins fine. its 5iu increased from before i don't believe its high..
GH is high if anything and isn't cheap :(

Chest Supported Row 4x8 75kg each side full ROM with straps
Rear Delt Fly 3x12 7.5kg
ARMS Superset - bicep/tricep 4x12 cables cant recall weights.
