I'm going to use this thread as a log of my progress (regress?) through two weeks on Mr. X's All Natural Peanut Butter diet. Just thinking about two weeks of eating peanut butter is grossing me out already. None the less, I will attempt to stick to it. Today was my first complete day on the diet.
Height: 6'0
Start weight: 210
# of calories per day: 1795
Six meals per day; 3 tablespoons of ANPB and 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb protein powder (25 grams of protein) mixed with water per meal.
I'm also throwing clen into the mix next week. I'm expecting the diet and clen to be a devastating 1-2 punch to my fat stores.
I have a jar of natural almond butter for variety, and flax seed oil also.
I LOVE my food, so this will be tough. It's day one and I'm already thinking about cheating.
