A.N. Peanut Butter Diet: my log

I'm going to use this thread as a log of my progress (regress?) through two weeks on Mr. X's All Natural Peanut Butter diet. Just thinking about two weeks of eating peanut butter is grossing me out already. None the less, I will attempt to stick to it. Today was my first complete day on the diet.

Height: 6'0
Start weight: 210
# of calories per day: 1795

Six meals per day; 3 tablespoons of ANPB and 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb protein powder (25 grams of protein) mixed with water per meal.

I'm also throwing clen into the mix next week. I'm expecting the diet and clen to be a devastating 1-2 punch to my fat stores.

I have a jar of natural almond butter for variety, and flax seed oil also.

I LOVE my food, so this will be tough. It's day one and I'm already thinking about cheating. :) Wish me luck!!!

AWesome shit bro, I am goign to keep up with this good, cuz I am really interested in the possible results!!!

Also why the clen? why dont you try the diet alone first, and then afterwards if it doesnt give you all the results you want, then do it again with clen!!

Also what are your complete stats age/BF%/work out routine/ cardio?

soldier, I am a kickboxer, so I do an average of 6-8 hours of cardio per week. Also, the "cardio" I do requires a lot of muscle exertion (think hard punching and hard kicking). I train 5 days per week.

I burn a TON of calories, so limiting my caloric intake means I can't train as hard or as much. I lose fat at a fairly constant rate through my training, but I want to speed the process up for a short burst of time. I can't stay on a diet like this for 3 or 4 weeks unless I basically stop training. That's why the clen right away. I have a two week period in which to lose whatever fat I can and then it's back to training.

Not sure of my bodyfat % yet but I will measure.

I have an honest question about diets such as this: why bother? Why not just eat a high protein diet with perfectly clean foods and slightly restrict calories? There isn't a "secret" diet out there. It's all a matter of controlling yourself.

Agreed... the PB diet made me laugh when I read it... but good luck I guess...
