Hit the gym today for ME day, i was getting a "bad" sore from bands, chains, and boards..thought i would give it a break for a few weeks, before pulling out all the heavy artillary again...this was a kick ass workout...we started with palms facing, dumbell presses, went to failure on reps! man, my pecs and tris were screaming! I then went to meduim grip or close grip,, thumbs distance from smooth, 3 sets of 5, then some pin lockuts, 3 sets of 5, then some skull crushers and some pressdowns, my tris were fried! great workout, and my joints got a well deserved break! try it fellas, it was great!
