Hello, I`m 24 years old, had some cycles earlier. Been off roids for 6 months now. My goal now is to build lean muscle mass. Or at least not so much fat. Strength is also important. From my last cycle I was doing 170kg one rep in bench press and 4 reps on 150kg. I want to reach 200kg`s now..
My weight is 83kg and 173cm. This are what i`m starting tomorrow:
Week 1-6 100mg Anadrol ed (50mg morning - 50mg before bed)
Week 1-10 500mg Testo Enanthate EW
Week 1-8 400mg Deca Norma EW
Week 7-12 300mg Fina EW (monday-wed-fri)
Gonna train 3-4 days with low reps
Eating clean for about 3500kcals with 300g protein, 400g carbs and 80-90 g fat
What do you guys think? This will be something? For protection I will take glucorell R 200mg ed with drols, and 10 grams Vitamine B5 in case of acne
