can someone give me some examples of what Mr. X considers "liquid sugars" &glucose polymers?

Maltodextrin
Dextrose
Maltofern
If you like Max Muscle stuff: Get, Carbo Max
You can even get glucose powder at your local safeway or costco. Get a bag, and mix it with some whey protein and whalllaaa. You're done.
(make sure it's not fructose)
